The camera's automatic exposure saw the bright sky and white dress, and closed the iris.

Result ont the left: You can't see the bride and groom if transferred by a unit with automatic gain.

On the right you see what the flashtransfer operator did using the black, white, and midrange controls to "lift" the midrange and white levels up so that the bride and groom can be seen!

Other, less expensive systems don't have this capability, which was engineered into the flashscan for this kind of situation.

Ask about other clips or sending a short sample film for transfer.
